Hi,

I was told that i won a pair of tickets to Seoul by some company co-collaborating with Scoot. I was then told to email goodies@flyscoot.com to redeem my tickets? anyone encounter this before? Is the link goodies@flyscoot.com trustable?

PM them through their fb page if you're unsure. They do respond quite consistently.

Just reply them, see what are the procedures u need to redeem and use the tickets, if you need to pay any admin fees, then probably is a scam, you can ask on scoot's fb to see if there is such collaboration with them or not...

Do you still have their number? Ask them to email you or post you the letter in black and white. Or call Scoot to verify.

I have won few prizes lucky draw and contests before.

So far, all called me first to verify my IC, address/email and asked me to wait for their email or letter for collection. None of them asked me to send anything leh.

I think is real one leh. Did you take part in the Scoot contests in april? The email address of goodies@flyscoot.com is Scoot's official email.
