Why is it harsh message? Just pure work/business. Never meet demand then leave lah.

They are paid very well at their time at google anyway. Cannot have a bunch of old uncle and aunties who can't contribute but keep taking high salary in management role

Many programmers there are overpaid and many of the job can be replaced by AI. Of course now is employer market and they can issue such terms.

AI generated code cannot even work in complex customised program. Dont see too much simple program creation in demo.

less legal and monetary issues

this one could have legal implications for unionized employees in the USA
