Hi anyone can kindly advise a 3rd party repair shop for Google Nexus One phone?
I like to get rid of the name engraving by Google on the back of the phone...

Or is there any place or anyone that accept trade-in for Google Nexus One phone with the name engraved behind?

No, purpose of OTA is that you don't need to wipe.

But if it become glitchy, you need to wipe.

Anyway, OTA zip is on xda, should be able to flash if you did not mod the system files.

after checking updates from yesterday till now but Google didn't push to me..

So i downloaded the OTA update from 4.0.4 to 4.1.1 via XDA.. now i'm on JB~ :D

I used method one tho.. dead easy using CWM.. its the exact OTA that Google will push to you.. cept i install manually now since Google doesn't want to push to me yet, and I'm already on CWM, the OTA wouldn't work automatically.. need stock recovery then the OTA works when pushed from Google..

yakju JRO03C from IMM76I: http://android.clients.google.com/p....signed-yakju-JRO03C-from-IMM76I.f946a412.zip

Method 1 - CWM recovery installed
1) Download the correct update for your build on to your computer;
2) Open the archive and delete the recovery folder; EDIT: Do NOT do this step if it is the JRO03C or JRN84D updates you are using.
3) Copy the file to /sdcard on your device;
4) Reboot into CWM;
5) Select "install zip from sdcard";
6) Select "choose zip from sdcard";
7) Select the update the you just copied to your device;
8) Wait until it completes. Reboot. Done.

For those on Jelly Bean, try asking "Who founded Apple?" and listen to what it says vs what's displayed

I got my ota notification. But it appears that I could not install the ota, had the lying down Android with exclamation mark, because of the unlocked bootloader. Zzzz. Had to do the manual way.
