which baseband/radio is suitable for starhub users?

im currently on XXKL1, experiencing signal drops quite frequently...

Hi, I recontracted with Singtel a couple of months ago for a BB Curve 9360 3G Flexi Lite + BIS plan. But I now want a S3 or a Nexus. I plan to get either one from a third-party source (ex eBay). Will Singtel mind if I use my simcard with the current line contract on a different phone?

Idk how will bis interfere with a new phone but you may want to try putting your sim into your friends phone and see if it works. Why will singtel mind as long as they are earning money still?? Haha.

I also thought so since all are data plans.
But my bro using m1 bb plan, changing to s3, the cso said cannot use the data for Bb plan, have to convert.

You can try adix82, search him on hwz or facebook.
Nexus 4 coming next week, might not be such a good idea to get a gnex now, even if the nexus 4 turns out worse, you'll still be able to get a gnex even then.

please for goodness sake do not get a one x, granted the hardware is better.
but ever wondered why HTC came up with a HTC One X+ and One XL?

The whole reason HTC came up with the One X+ is to keep up with the current hardware, which proves that the One X that you are considering is considered obsolete by HTC (not really so, because JellyBean has just been released for it)

One XL has 4G, if you do recontract, your plan will most likely include 4G, why not have a phone that's capable of 4G especially since recontracting will lose you your 12GB data plan.

I'd wait for the Nexus 4's pricing to be out before considering though.

well now that the one x has 4.1 jellybean.
i'd say the last update for one x will be 4.2?

it's like galaxy s2, came out with gingerbread, took long for an ice cream sandwich update, until now still no official jellybean.

two cycles should usually be the end of quick OS updates.
