I've got Viber installed in my new Galaxy Nexus which I then set it up.

But when I tap on the icon, it paused on a blank screen for a few seconds before going back to the home screen.

What can be the problem? Anyone?

Current version of Viber does not work with ICS.

I read the GN camera has no camera lag at all... is this really for real?
Is this a hardware or software capability? Will this feature be available on a Galaxy S2 with ICS if its a software capability?

sorry if this is the wrong place - but my GN is on yakjuxw. I've unlocked bootloader but no matter which site I follow for instruction, I can't seem to flash into yakju.

I'm really new to all these stuffs and would really appreciate if somebody can guide by telling me:

1) how do i access the nexus directory to proceed with the commands to flash in CMD?

Since i've managed to unlock bootloader, i am assuming i have the right driver for fastboot mode.

Thanks in advance and sorry for the really basic question.

p/s: i've followed the steps in xda-developers for unlocking

Most probably a hardware thingy in conjunction with software aka don't dream of it on your S2.

if the camera is really no lag and this isn't something available on all ICS phone, GN is looking more and more attractive as my next phone ;-)

Even though no shutter lag its camera is quite lousy leh, many shots don't focus properly

turn off auto sync to increase battery life.

no doubt cam is fast to snap, but if you dont take time to properly focus, images come out blur.

Do a search on xda from yakjuxx to yakju. there is a simple step to link to samsung euro sites to flash to stock yakju using odin.
