got GST? then it's cheap. cos there's another shop which also sold the SGN export set then never inc GST, so it's misleading..

in their website they put :

Warranty
1 Year Warranty
* Warranty applies to Singapore only unless underwise stated.
International Customers can ship damaged items back and forth (at own expense) for warranty repairs. We will levy a fee of SGD $20 to send the phone to a local service centre.

so does it mean that they'll ship it back for u for free if u're in singapore?

since its an export set it sounds like the warranty dont apply at all. Cos it mentioned "local service centre"

Like Lehnsherr I agree the warranty doesnt apply here since its an export set... But in any case, I sure agree that its much cheaper than the other sellers for now.. Cheers for MobyShop!

By the time it is released in SG next month, hope for even more reduction in price!

Hey guys, does your Galaxy Nexus get hot after a while of gaming? Mine gets pretty warm near the camera area after around 20 mins of gaming. Checked the temps and saw up to 42 degrees

Checked around xda and saw similar reports but dunno if it's like that or faulty unit.

I expect a dual core smartphone to get warm but not this warm.

$400 only? I smell a scam from a mile away...
Of course there is no way it can be so low.. I know that.. I am guessing they put that kind of price just to capture people's interest.. Anyway, let me see, maybe I will contact one of these sellers and ask a few questions first!

Yes, it gets quite hot near the camera area on mine too, not likely a faulty unit.

Ah good to know. I guess there's no helping it if so many things are crammed side by side in a thin plastic body. Too bad it's mostly plastic, if metallic body can at least dissipate heat faster.

Quite marvelous how a dual core chip crammed inside a thin shell runs without active cooling.

Not sure about a metallic body though, it may conduct heat to one's hand faster :s13:

How is the NFC working with SMRT? Please explain a bit lor.. Dont know anything about NFC working in Singapore, I thought they are still trying and testing it here.
Also, I dont think google wallet works in Singapore, does it?

There's a sound coming out when placing an ezlink card onto the back of my GNexus, so... probably there's some potential for something useful :look:
