Heard frm Samsung that most probably that they won't be bringing in Nexus Prime to SG, due to prob wif its connections & etc.. Is it true??

for those using nexus phone for the first time.. Nexus S has got very very dedicated and good kernel developers. Assuming they also start supporting Galaxy Nexus, you'll be in for real treats.

Extended battery just arrived, comes in a GREAT box

Got it from GMarket Korea, slightly cheaper than from ebay. If you are using the above link, remember to buy also the "대용량 배터리 커버" under Additional Option (which translates to the battery cover). The original cover doesn't really fit the phone with 2000mAh battery inside.

So far it's pretty good, battery down to 65% with 1hr40min display on. I push all my mails to one account, so that's the only one syncing.

Shall see how it does over the next couple of days

of course they are not bring nexus prime and there's no such device....they will bringing galaxy nexus..

but i somehow felt tat they use e shape of ur face to decide if it match.. haha..
but still fun to play wif..

like e way e screen turn off as well.. machiam like tv turn off.. my gf keep playing wif it...

given all the qc problems that samsung have with amoled screens, how can we do a proper check on the screen when buying the phone?

Actually not so novel la.. Screen lock from the market also features this old tv animation style for screen lock. I really like the buttery smooth ICS even with me using another launcher, adw ex.

I have changed one too many android devices this year incl the Note, SGS2, HTCs... This nexus is the only 1 so far which is so damn smooth and lag-free. I am running stock rom and non-rooted The deal breaker for some is the non-inclusion of a micro sd slot.

yeh low light is bad. a friend in the States on the CDMA version said it unlocked with someone else's face..and the other guy looks nothing like my friend. yikes

You'll know when we know. So just be patient. If even Samsung SG doesn't know/announce anything yet, anyone telling u here otherwise is just bullsh*tting you.
