anyone got this case for their Galaxy Nexus, is it designed for our GSM model? Got the Case-Mate barely there but is a little loose, looking for a better case

Barely there case is based on the initial nexus prototype and hence it's loose. Case mate is apparently reworking on a new design. I'm using rock back casing. Very good fit. I ordered the sgp ultra capsule. On the way.

Actually not so novel la.. Screen lock from the market also features this old tv animation style for screen lock. I really like the buttery smooth ICS even with me using another launcher, adw ex.

I have changed one too many android devices this year incl the Note, SGS2, HTCs... This nexus is the only 1 so far which is so damn smooth and lag-free. I am running stock rom and non-rooted The deal breaker for some is the non-inclusion of a micro sd slot.

Hey Colin, since you have used the SGS2, note and Nexus, is it safe to assume you prefer the nexus among the 3? Any feedback why? Cause I considering between the 3 when i'm recontracting soon. Really quite undecided though. But I would want to make the best informed decision.

See a lot of complaints about battery life over at XDA...

Also, it has one of the worst score in battery at GSM Arena

To people with GNx already, how is the battery life?

i used both HTC Sensation and Galaxy nexus...

the sensation is worst......i'll say the battery of G.Nex is adequate.....

Well, coming from a Nexus One, the GN does last longer. To me that's more than acceptable. Anyway, here's my battery stats for today. Under light to moderate usage with 1 hr and 18 min onscreen time. On a custom rom with UV kernel so I guess that makes the GN save a lot of energy while idling. Unfortunately I have to say that the screen does drain the battery faster than I would like it to.

But all in all, not too bad lah. At least should be able to last to the next morning before I charge it in office.

Talking about battery use, I would really love to hear from Google engineers how the % for each component on those graphs is determined
