so the samsung nexus 10. samsung singapore will not cover the warranty like asus nexus 7?

talked to one of their service manager the other day about this.

firstly no indication of when N10 is coming (we know its a lie), next is a standard reply saying that their service component are only meant for this region/country, products from other country may carry different types of component which may result in incompatibility, although we know again, its a lie.

basically you don't buy from them let em earn money, dream on in getting their service and warranty.

So total amount I paid for my N10 is roughly (646.4+57.78= SGD 704)

I placed my order on the 27th.

The discount only works for Hopshopgo when you pay them to ship to SG. The discount code only works one time.

Locally is quite impossible since the N10 is not even being sold here..

You have to try your luck getting overseas but even now not many manufacturers are making them. Not even Samsung has released the official case...

The screen blew me away and YouTube app and how it caches and buffers is amazing. Weight also felt lighter than the ipad3.

Only gripe,maybe some backlight bleeding but read that it's quite common so cannot complain.

Sucks...rally don't like the idea taking my N10 naked outside. Will remain as an indoor device replacing mainly my ipad3 for now. I will be using my ipad mini mainly on the run.

Probably not. They are of slightly different shape and dimensions. Not to mention the ports are in different places.

I afraid that currently local still dont sell those cover yet. For me i order my cover from ebay few days ago so by the time i get my 32gb nexus 10 the cover will also arrive

Shop around hwz marketplace. Some sellers are genuine and they are selling only to cover shipping costs. I got mine at 550 which I think is reasonable. Bought it out of impulse after seeing the price. Lol
