Just a heads-up to users of Nexus 10 that want a good brand new leather cover because there's almost nothing available for it here in SG.

I got a Moko Genuine Leather Slim-fit case but have not taken it out from the packaging at all so it's still brand new.

Anyone interested to take it off my hands just SMS me at 86121004.

Nexus 10 always reboot and Chrome always hang. Although you always get the latest software, I don't think this is a really good tablet.

Just wait for the latest line of Samsung Pro tablets.... same resolution with much better processors.

probably at least $800.
Depends on the needs.
Samsung pro will be good for business use.
For media consumption, ebooks and games, Nexus 10 is a good choice for use at home.
Nexus 7, LG pad 8 being lighter and more portable are good options for use when taking public transport.

Those using phablets may not found tablets useful.

Thought you talking about the 10 inch model, which is US$500 for 16 GB Model. Probably ~S$638 in Singapore?

Nexus 10 retail price is S$668.. There is a reason why they are clearing Nexus 10 stocks and selling at less than $400. For cheapskates like me. :s13:


AT US$400 for 8 inch, Tab Pro better be good.
For comparison, look at Nexus 7 and LG Pad 8.3; both are also quad core with retina display resolution. Nexus 7 32 GB can get for around US$250 if you order from Amazon with free shipping. LG Pad 8.3 is S$438 in Singapore

Can even compare to iPad mini with retina display. 16 GB model is US$399

Samsung is now selling at or above Apple's price which IMO is silly! Apple's iPad Air is US$499 - selling in Singapore at S$688 but given that Samsung usually uses a worse conversion rate, I am sure their Tab Pro 10 will be selling at ABOVE S$688.

I will only get the Pro tablets after the price drops (after a few months) bec i personally don't believe in paying a premium for Samsung products.

If you shop smart, you can get good value - for eg, i bgt my Nexus 10 for ard S$378 at the last pc show - it's prob my best tablet buy!

For the 8" tablet size, LG Pad 8.3 is prob the better buy but i just don't like the rounded shape. On impulse, i bgt the Asus Memo Pad 8 to use (good value at $249 but poorer resol) while waiting for Samsung's tablets

Hi fellow nexus bro. Can I check if there any solution for the usb connection to get recongise by my computer ? I have already usb debug on with my or media storage. Both does not work and my computer just seem can't recongise my nexus 10

No installing drivers notification?

Easiest way is to just download and install the drivers.

Anyone has a spare flip case for sale? I've been looking for a case locally but to no avail :(

Or any suggestions on where to get one? I've tried Amazon but it seems they don't ship those cases to SG...
