Anyone rooted their Nexus? Is it stable after root? Any suggested link to root? Many Thanks.

For those who like to root your device and are on Android 4.0 or above, I recommend you do a backup with Helium. It is able to backup most apps and settings (including call/sms logs). Root is not required but you need a companion PC software.

for 4.22 it can apply OTA without issues, I don't know what changed in 4.3, I couldn't apply OTA to 4.3 .. so I just flashed the factory image, leaving out the user partition..

don't know if ota updates can be received..
So flashing factory image means you unlock and flash back the factory image? (image-razor-jss15j)?

I just tried, latest update broke root, but re-rooting is a simple affair.

The charger that comes with it is compatible with our voltage. But they comes in the standard US plug type, just need a converter to our local type can liao.

Just use a converter can liao..as it supports local voltages.

I play with hifi, at home I got US plug(female) so I just direct plug into it
