Bros who have touch screen issues, I fix ALL my touchscreen issue . No more ghost touch, multi touch or nonsense issue . My issue was worst in my case of using the keyboard . Swipes registered as taps and typing was super erratic . I keep entering wrong search and sticked letters, it was infuriating . But I fixed all my issue. It might not be hardware issue , so I suppose majority of hardware is fine . The touch screen controllers have different firmware so you must have correct to work properly . What you need to do is go search sfhub multitouch fix on Google and click on the first link . It is an XDA link so there are many pro android user and developer there . Go download sfhub fix , but must unlocked boot loader first . Use wugfresh toolkit unlock boot loader, will wipe device . After that follow instruction on XDA sfhub thread and you should able to flash the appropriate firmware for your device . I flash ts10 , there are others like ts20, ts30 etc, see which work and is the best . It is very easy . ts10 worked for me . No need to thank me .

That should be the priority notification. Just change your notification type to ALL.
