Try the Google Playstore US one. From there you need to have US address so they can delivery to that address. You can use comGateway or VPOST to get your US address and ship it to singapore

I have a very big headache now as I cannot choose between this and my Note 8.
Note 8 with S-Pen feature seems to be irreplaceable as I use it to jot notes.

Probably keep 2 of them. And also 2 iPads, 1 Infinity tablet. Haiz...too many tablets!
