( In America area only supports for USA, Canada and Mexico ; Central and South America countries don’t support international service)

ASUS will bear the cost for labor and parts if the Nexus 7 is qualified for international warranty service, and the unit shows defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage (excludes handling errors) within the warranty period. However, please notice that Nexus 7 are not applicable in every country or with sufficient components to serve the returned Nexus 7 every time.

I believe so.. Since Nexus 7 Gen 1 is serviceable in Singapore.

There isn't any clause stating Singapore is inside of the "no" list.

The problem with buying though CGW this way is you don't know who the retailer is, and can't contact that retailer directly if there are any problems with the unit as you're not the buyer either. If you have any problems, you'll have to rely on CGW to act as a go-between entirely.

I'd recommend buying direct from Amazon or the Google Play store, and ship via CGW (or any other forwarder) instead. That way, you can still reach the retailer if the unit breaks down and you can't get service locally.

I have 1 question regarding payments if buying from Amazon and sending to the CGW for dispatch.

When we checked out the orders from Amazon, are the items already paid for? And then we will need to select payment method again from the CGW. Is that considered as double payments or the payment from Amazon is not actually made yet?

Amazon will only effect payment when the tablet has been shipped out to yr shipment add.Once ur forwarder recd the tablet,u will recd their email requesting for shipment fees to Sgp.
