yup, i ordered mine that way too. package now in HK, should be receiving it tmr. Any vpn should work. Just google and try to see if it works. Remember, your google account cannot have any Singapore address, change everything to your cgw address.

There really is no issue at all. It's surprising that so many people seem concerned about this kind of issue, but the truth is that almost all smart devices have circuitry that limits the charging current if it detects that the charger is not compatible.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if it happens to drop down to a 0.6A / 3W charging even on your Note 2 charger. The Nexus Asus devices are surprisingly picky about the charger and cable used, and the Nexus 7 2013 is, unfortunately, no exception. I have a power meter and can verify that it will charge very slowly unless you use a specific charger / cable. It's better to use the stock charger if you want to charge quickly.

You can still use your Note 2 charger, but there is a good chance it is not charging at the full 1.5A / 7.5W speed.

just receive my nexus 7 a while ago... nice screen display

just test the screen... doesn't seems to have issue

Ah the tablet has been awesome so far, happy to say my tablet doesn't suffer from any dead pixels and also doesn't have the multi touch issue, however, the screen is a real fingerprint magnet, maybe I shud invest in a SP after all?

Have 2 extra Nexus 7 from Playstore to let go.. just got shipped from Playstore, should arrive next 2days.. selling at non-profit price..
