hi guys,

just like to remind those who are planning to buy the US LTE version from Playstore or anywhere else, LTE will not work in Singapore as the bands are different ..

We are using BAND 3 & 7, Frequency 1800/2600.

Take note

So it looks like the US version supports band 3 but not band 7? Meaning that it can partially use the LTE networks in Singapore?

So there will be a non-US LTE version just like what the Australians are promised that they will be getting? When can I expect that to arrive anyway?

Gizmodo: You can now buy a Google Nexus 7 with LTE

Google Nexus ✔ @googlenexus

Nexus 7 with 4G LTE is now available on Google Play in the US [http://goo.gl/YL7FBy ] and is coming to US T-Mobile stores in October!

I'll be waiting to buy the Non-US version however, because I feel LTE Band 7 LTE is more useful in this region. It's used in SG, HK, MY, KR, and VN.

US/JP: LTE Bands 1,2,3,4,5,13,17
EU/KR/AU/Others: LTE Bands 1,2,3,4,5,7,20

N7 2013 LTE is out on Play store USA

Any brave soul wants to ship N7 LTE from US Play Store and test the LTE compatibility here?

Then we know for sure if it work or not.

is it also this price last time with the old nexus 7? i can't remember

last time around it was US$299.00. All the prices are up by 25 to 50$. Now its in the league with iPad Mini.

I will switch when tasker is offered :p
