Anyone luck with ordering Nexus 7 LTE from Google ? My order has been accepted initially, but later Google cancelled it realising its not a US credit card ..

Good job in pointing that out. Many people are confused on the spec as they look at difference sources but fail to notice there is a difference on LTE.

You would need to use a 3rd party shipper for Google. They don't ship to Singapore directly. However Amazon does for the same price.

Effectively, the minimum that you'll save on is the base shipping cost, which is USD8.15 for CGW. So, for 10 units, you effectively pay just USD0.82 each (saving USD7.33 per unit).

This is based on the assumption that the units will be shipped in individual boxes. It is possible Google may consolidate multiple units into a single box instead, which could lead to slightly more savings. If so, the optimal order number would be the exact number of units in a single carton of these instead.
