If you swipe left and right of the screen, it will have some jerking here and there. You check if yours have it..

One of the best ways to test is go google maps and try pinching in out. If there are problems it would be fairly obvious. And there's also the grounding issue whereby you place the nexus flat on a surface and certain touches become non-responsive.

My friend just recently sent his Nexus 7 which he purchased from Amazon US. Turns out this is not covered under international warranty cause his was a North America set. So they are quoting him 60 + 380 bucks for mobo replacement here. What a ripoff the service center here is...

WTF daylight robbery! Y didnt he just send it to the US for repair then since the fee here is exorbitant?

Yes there are thousands of complaints on this. But there's a workaround for this on xda though it may not solve everything
Take that multi-touch! Fix and lock in what works for YOU regardless of updates - xda-developers
