mine initiate customs clearance on the 10th. hopefully should be delivering soon. i don't see any updates on iparcel or speedpost. was yours updated?

I think bcoz of peak period everything mess up. Last night I even received wrong item. I ordered cloths but what I got is bag. Damn!

Got my Nexus 7 a week ago, delivered by UPS. Pretty satisfied, no dead pixels and audio works fine.

Bought a Roocase for protection but the hard plastic hinges of the casing scratched the rubber sides of my Nexus. No big deal but a little heart pain seeing your new device cosmetically damaged.

Called up Asus and found out there's no local warranty for my set. Still, a good deal considering I paid only S$260. :)

Yea hopefully I don't get the wrong stuff, unless its ipad mini retina :s13:. For me it is still ok since its free shipping and Amazon's estimation is Dec 13

mine shd be in same consignment as yours. 3 days still never clear customs??? its speedpost slow or our customs slow??? :s11:

Same here, shipping from NJ is 6th Dec too, but no update on iparcel tracking. Can parcel tracking on Speed Post but no status.

My last Amazon parcel sent by Iparcel in Aug this year, took abt 4 days to clear custom. So most likely, we will get our parcel next week.

I think most likely SG custom overloaded with parcel or they taking their own sweet time.

Does anyone know if I unlock my nexus 7 will the warranty be void? Seems like I have the rotation problem whenever I unlock my nexus 7

Just got mine! seems like the iparcel tracking stops after the parcel reach singapore. Totally didnt expect it to come on a sat morning. ha

I used to work for a DHL/UPS's competitor, in their IT side. To them, all the premium international courier service provider, time is money. they have 1 day delivery (international, eg SG to US) service, which if they are late, they refund or compensate customers. the IT site, they are few teams of workers in a few countries, whose jobs is keying in airwaybill numbers into the system (scanned copy already in, just to make sure it is correct). there are dedicated leased line linked to local custom at airport, sending the airwaybill info over. they make sure, each cargo after reaching an airport, the custom is cleared within hours, not a day. they cannot afford a day. they make use of technology to achieve all these, for efficiency. and that is why they charge so much.

as for iparcel/singpost? i don't know.

I agree. My 1st batch of BF hoots via UPS already reached me.

Now waiting for Nexus 7 2013 via iParcel.
