Mine is 5 Dec shipped out.
Please note that upon further investigation I am showing that your parcel was delayed in export and will not be in-country until Dec 22nd at which time it will clear customs and be delivered to you. We are truly sorry for this matter and for the lack of communication on this from our end.

My parcel was shipped out exported out on 6th Dec too, was supposed to get it on 13th Dec, but no news on it. I livechat with Amazon and they confirmed with me that it was delayed by SG custom and will only be delivered on Monday.
The Amazon CS also mentioned that if it's not delivered by 16th Dec, they will send a replacement or refund.
I am ok with the delay, but the sucky thing is, that's no update on the delivery status from Iparcel.

in the first place, the LTE band is not similar to singapore network.
just take it as a wifi set. no remedy to this as far as i know of
What problem are you facing?
There are 2 models of Nexus 7 LTE. "US", and "Non-US" (aka rest of the world). The 3G bands for both models are identical, and you should be able to connect to 3G data just fine regardless which model you have.
M1 have commercial HSPA+ service throughout the island with download speeds up to 28.8 Mbit/s. Plans only have a peak speed of 21 Mbit/s however. (Wikipedia: List of HSPA+ networks)
Check your APN. In some Android phones, M1 data-only sims would default to the GPRS APN. Check to make sure you're connecting to 'sunsurf' instead.
LTE in Singapore uses bands 3 and 7. The US Nexus 7 LTE sets support band 3, but not 7. It will work fine, but you'll generally have poorer LTE coverage here. In areas with only Band 7 coverage, your tablet will fall back to 3G instead. If you would like better LTE coverage, your only option would be to sell your tablet, and buy a non-US version instead.

check already, its on M1 sunsurf, check around, many also complain about m1 HSPA+ not working with nexus 7, but no solution...

Really? Do post links to these many other complaints that you've found please.
At this time, I would guess you have a faulty unit instead. You can try narrow it down by borrowing a Singtel or Starhub data SIM and see if it works.
If it does not, then it's likely your unit is faulty. However, if it does, it could be you need a replacement M1 sim card instead.

Like dreant said, US set supports LTE 1800Mhz in SG. Is your M1 plan LTE enabled or only 3G/HSPA plan only? Check that you are using sunsurf APN, and if your plan is not enabled for LTE, only 3G/HSPA, change your connecting mode from LTE to 3G, it may help.

mine's the 5th dec batch. reached SG and pending customs clearance on 10th.
iparcel updated tracking on 13th dec. stating it has cleared customs and it will be out to delivery stream.
called up SPEEDPOST and they said they have not received shipment yet. and have to wait.
