depends on the top up price you pay and if warranty is an issue to you lo.

acty, more importantly imo is whether or not you surf web on the phone often, cos samoled uses alot more energy to display white, and since websites are predominantly whites, you will end up killing the battery faster. if your main usage of the phone is videos on youtube and the likes then switching to samoled will prolly see a longer battery life. i used to own a samoled nexus s, and i surf net alot on the go, the battery drains very fast. iirc, there is a rom or sth that invert website colours(white become black and vice versa), but i didnt really explore the option before i sold it, maybe if you can check that out if you decide to change to the samoled variant.

probably surf the net more. Occasionally Twitter/FB.

I have an ipod to serve the video purpose already though I wanna try watching movies on my phone instead cuz the screen's bigger.

You shouldn't need to carry your ipod anymore once you're on NS

what you mean I shouldn't need to carry my ipod anymore once I'm on NS?

Use your new phone to watch the videos lor. With the right app, you can do audio/video podcast directly on phone. No need to sync through a computer
