Tango can make video calls, and Skype soon..
No no....I don't mean via 3rd party apps.....It cannot make video calls by the normal local networks? Like those feature phones that come front facing cameras they make video calls via cell network without the use of any apps.

That one no choice, it's not really a cutting for the edges as the screen is curved. I imported another brand to evaluate. Is the screen protector working out for you though?

It is really a good material but the peeling at the top and bottom edges makes the protector very unsightly. :(

Don't buy Motorola unless you really absolutely don't care about your software update. You phone will almost never get updated.

Just got mine too. Mine bottom also cannot stick properly... I think it's because of the curved screen, probably need a much thinner protector for it to stick nicely.

I have used my Nexus S for 3 days...Some doubts and some feedback here..

In comparison to the other 2 devices that I have ( Galaxy S, Nexus One).

Nexus S weakness
1) Wifi reception is worst off compare to both Galaxy S and Nexus One..All connecting to the same Wifi point at the same location. Nexus showed highest reception level..Nexus S getting lowest.

I dont know is it this due Signal level mapping to Display status problem or what..So far, i dont find functioning issue..just the display level is always 1bar less compare to the other 2 phones(Nexus One & Galaxy S)

2) GPS
Before I purchased the Nexus S, I have been worrying on Samsung GPS problem that plagued Galaxy S.
Locking speed, nothing match Nexus One...Nexus S took 2-3 minutes just to lock ,i have yet to run GPS road driving test..however i did see the GPS losing lock within 2-3 minutes of sticking out the phone out of window to test.

I really hoped that the performance is better than Galaxy S and i really doubt it will perform as good as Nexus One which has almost instant lock...

I view GPS locking speed is important feature,as I like to take photo with geo tagging to make as evident of location..with slow GPS locking speed..this makes photo taking with geo tagging impractical.

3. Video Playback
Galaxy S- Still the best.
Nexus S - the stock Video player has some bug..somehow produce choppy(playing local file got the same problem, not internet speed problem) playback on .mp4 file, i hope this is just bug that Google will fix it
Did you guys observe the same thing ?

Nexus One- audio suck but overall video smoothness and color tone is good..it is not as bright but appear naturally.

4.Overall Smoothness
Nexus S is the clear winner , Nexus One => good, Galaxy S=> trade mark sudden lag problem

In summary, very worry on Samsung imperfection on the GPS problem and weak wifi ...I dont get the same excitement on out of box on Nexus One..the improvement is very little..

I also face the GPS lock, damn shag and slow.

But otherwise, I'm loving it

But hey, just wondering, is it possible to use the Galaxy S SingTel Mobile TV on this phone?

That means HTC still has better GPS tweaking done. :(

Check the specs of the mp4 file. It plays perfectly on N1? Cannot use SGS to compare, it has improved hardware decoding.

Wah....maybe my next Android phone is gonna be a LG. :(

Should be able to unless it relies on SGS framework. If it's also available on other Android phones besides Samsung then can't be.

Okay tried VPlayer, works but choppy. Sigh :(

AVIs are not choppy for me, but MKVs are. And don't bother trying GalaxyS players, because according to XDA guys, it requires the Touchwiz framework.
