Anyone tracking the limit for each credit card?

For instance, in the past , it might be limited to 500 or 1000 per transaction. It is not possible to replace a phyiscal card totally.

Actually I thought there is no limit now at least for Apple Pay.

In fact paying with Apple Pay for large amount doesn't require signature. but with physical card amount above certain size requires signature.

in any case this seems like Apple's guidance https://support.apple.com/en-sg/HT207435

Still quite limited. Wanted to like reduce the risk when travelling overseas :s13:

Singapore
You might need to sign a receipt or enter your PIN. At some stores, you might not be able to use Apple Pay for purchases over 200 SGD.

United Kingdom
You might not be able to use Apple Pay for purchases over 100 GBP.

France
You might not be able to use Apple Pay for purchases over 50 EUR.

It also depends on the POS the store is using, older models have limits. My dentist place has a $100 cap, have to break into multiple transactions for Paywave.

Apple already said it depends on the situation. Like what other mentioned, if older system, it might have such limit
