Yup, smells and sounds like bs excuse for their screw up definitely.To conclude my story, Singtel CSO explained that the payment had to go through first and subsequently, it will check for stock availability. According to him, the phone was OOS for my order. Anyway, all BS nonsense.
Whoever developed, tested and commissioned the online shop system needs to be roasted.
Have since placed my order again via FairPrice app for a cheaper price with my link points. At least NTUC app did sent me a purchase confirmation email. Delivery is tomorrow. Hope no more drama!![]()
