I ordered on 21 Aug around 12-1pm from Singtel website without phone plan but didn't receive any free case too.

When I asked CSO about it they said have to wait for 4-6 weeks, while stock lasts.

There's also no indication of the free gift in the order email and on the website also no longer shown. Didn't have time to take screenshot also..

I ordered Pixel 10 Pro XL 1TB instead of 512GB on Aug 21st as it was bundled with free Pixelsnap charger and case (it was mentioned in their website that the freebies will be delivered three to four weeks once the phone has been delivered). However, there is no mention of any freebies in the order confirmation email or in the printed invoice from Singtel.

They did not mention that the freebies are on first come first serve basis in the website. I'm still hoping that Singtel will honour their promotion and deliver the freebies later this month.

Around 12PM. I'm 100% sure that "while stocks last" was not mentioned when I ordered. I would never order something if I'm not sure that I will be eligible for the freebies. I don't know if they added "while stocks last" phrase from 22nd Aug onwards.

So far I cant find the screenshot of the free case and stand. Hopefully someone got keep a record

Probably got a small fine print somewhere.. I had experience with other brands also put free gift in listing but got a very small fine print first come first serve while stock list to protect them one..

Previously they kept telling me while stocks lasts only but last week I finally managed to reached a senior care officer and after checking properly he confirmed I am entitled to it in 4-6 weeks time. Also, targetted training will be given to agents so they check and reply correctly.

My other order from SingTel shopee listing also arrived last week and it came with a free obsidian case (I ordered Porcelain phone). So no high hopes for the SingTel website order to arrive in Moonstone colour…

Pixel really doesn't disappoint with #pixelexperience.

Already screen freeze and hang while navigating between apps. Gotta force restart the phone.

But heng is kena one time only. After the incident, smooth smooth.

If you're based in Aussie then yes. Nothing beats local warranty support.

I have family staying there but google's warranty is international coverage. Its covered in Singapore too.
