I have family staying there but google's warranty is international coverage. Its covered in Singapore too.

FYI there is no official statement on international warranty coverage for all regions with official google store. Even the warranty page also states:

This Limited Warranty applies only if you are a consumer and purchased your Google-branded product ('Google Product') in Singapore.

If there are any differences between this limited warranty included in the box with your product and the online limited warranty available at g.co/devicewarranty, then, to the extent permitted by law, the online limited warranty will supersede the terms of this in-the-box warranty.

This warranty applies if you are a consumer and purchased your Google-branded product (referred to as a 'Google Product') in Australia or New Zealand.

Also as additonal info: Google doesn't have an 'international warranty'. A warranty claim always has to be filed in the (supported) country of purchase; besides that the phone has to be moved physically to the country of purchase for the repair process.

But if you have a source that states definitively that all pixels purchased from official google store or authorized resellers can service their warranties in other countries where google is officially selling their hardware, feel free to share so we can put our minds at ease.

Google SG service center is under Ctdi.
No such thing as international warranty.

Suggest you check with Ctdi first.

Check with SingTel CSO. Previously they kept telling me while stocks lasts only but last week I finally managed to reached a senior care officer and after checking properly he confirmed I am entitled to it in 4-6 weeks time. Also, targetted training will be given to agents so they check and reply correctly.

My other order from SingTel shopee listing also arrived last week and it came with a free obsidian case (I ordered Porcelain phone). So no high hopes for the SingTel website order to arrive in Moonstone colour…

Moonstone like legendary shiny pokemon, till now only 1 person got it as per order.
