It took a long time for IP to detect PXL, likewise PXL to detect IP.

In my case, i think it took close to a minute before it showed up on both phones.

Pixel 9 and newer phones can unlock phone by enabling Ultrasound Fingerprint while screen turned off.

Go to Settings > Security and Privacy > Device Unlock > Fingerprint Unlock.

Scroll all the way down to find "Screen-off Fingerprint Unlock".
