Wouldn't it be cool if the courier service's tracking site shows the real time location of the van, ala Grab, Gojek etc?

DHL does that i think. My previous two delivery was able to see their van location like grab.

No idea, maybe just wait longer and see what happens? If still looping can try restart phone and try again.
