about the SD730G ah, just want to mention that for those that play Mobile Legends, HFR (high frame rate) is not available here. Seems to be a processor thing. Reno2 with SD730G was the same thing.

For the first number probably yes, like 7XX vs 8XX. But i suspect this is more of a optimisation issue or the app developer not enabling it for some reason. The option is available on the SD712 on realme XT.

720G is actually a new chip. 730G announced on april 2019, 720G is jan 2020. Core performance is similar and same GPU, but 720G has a bit more newer stuff IIRC. like Bluetooth 5.1, newer DSP.

And i doubt it will be updated/fixed since I know the Reno2 with 730G was the same, and IIRC Mi 9T also. Both phones from last year.

You login to your courts acct to check, even the product page alr updated earliest delivery date is 9/9/20.
