Google Store "pre-order" checking in here. Just wanted to let others know how to complain (I'll be doing so after work today)

1. Go to Google Store's contact us page

2. Sign in

3. Type in gibberish into the first field ("let's get started")

4. Click 'other' for the second field ("confirm issue")

5. Choose between a call and a chat. Call suggested to sound cross (but not rude) and put more pressure on them.

Whether or not it makes a difference to our delivery date, we need to let them know that it's simply unacceptable that 2 local retailers and Amazon are sending out their product before the company themselves.

Yup, my guy was useless AF too. Sigh. Oh well, lesson learnt. Will never order from Google Store again. Might just be my last Pixel too as I'm feeling the call of the dark side (Apple) more and more with how smooth their, well, everything is.
