Android is made for touch but don't know why many manufacturers like to add their own way of doing things.

Now it's getting better, it was a mess a few years ago.

I think oxygen OS did a good job, simple with little additional touch

I have used xiaomi A2 for a while but find that the vanilla OS is a little too plain

Sometimes plain is good but sometimes more is good too. Hard to decide

thinking of getting the vault, anyone using it got reviews? cos i saw the thickness is around 3mm

Vault is great. Won't go wrong. Doesn't feel bulky, grip is good, sufficient protection from front and camera lips, and doesn't affect tgsp (for me at least).

After using other android phones like samsung and lg before pixel, my opinion is less is more hahah

Yes agreed, it's good, light and not too bulky.

I use nova launcher to make it look more simple though many would argue using the pixel 4a as it is, is better

P4a looks good but not sure if can get used to the plain vanilla UI

Got mine from casefactorie. Their online store on shopee say no stock but I went down physically suddenly got stock. Wanted to get cashback but no luck.

Yeah mine too. I was curious but my speeds seemed the same as on my previous phone so I just left it. Maybe someone else can chime in.

Welcome to world of pixels...no 4g lurking around only lte...even wont find volte icon but its supported and its there...compatible handsets on both end and u will notice hd voice activated

Commonly, 4G = LTE. LTE (Long Term Evolution) is the technology behind 4G (4th Generation).

Mine also shows LTE, same as what US 4G handsets show. Maybe Google being American, also displays just LTE. LTE=4G, don't see any issues on this actually.

Yes, i was at Bugis challenger yesterday and asked about stock allocated. JE's JEM and IMM has more stocks.

Now i don't know got anot.

Actually 4G and 4G LTE are 2 different things, if I'm not mistaken. 4G LTE is not true 4G,it's slightly slower. But whatever, as long as speed the same as previously, I don't mind.

How's the batt life faring? Can it last a whole day usage (web browsing, calls, some videos etc) without dying out? I want to get it but the batt capacity is smaller than my current crappy phone - which can't last a day...

6 to 7 hours sot for me. Impressive for a 3140mah battery
