How's the batt life faring? Can it last a whole day usage (web browsing, calls, some videos etc) without dying out? I want to get it but the batt capacity is smaller than my current crappy phone - which can't last a day...

Light usage on wifi 2 full days no issue. 1 day with moderate usage won't be an issue.

Actually 4G and 4G LTE are 2 different things, if I'm not mistaken. 4G LTE is not true 4G,it's slightly slower. But whatever, as long as speed the same as previously, I don't mind.

Not sure even if sg 4g is standalone or piggyback on some existing 3g infra also..

Our 4G speed is actually quite slow, can't even hit 100mbps, usually lower than 10mbps. Pathetic.

one thing i notice is that for android devices i used in the past, the wifi is always stronger than compared to iphone. in my room if i use iphone, the wifi will keep disconnecting even at 2 bars. for android phones, can get 3 bars at high speed

R u serious? I have both iphone and Samsung and I have no such issues. My iphone11 can even reach 900mbps if I'm closer to the router.

R u serious? I have both iphone and Samsung and I have no such issues. My iphone11 can even reach 900mbps if I'm closer to the router.

is it because my iphone xs is older thats why the modem not so strong?

6 to 7 hours sot for me. Impressive for a 3140mah battery

This is the main thing stopping me from switching to the 4a tbh. My current Mi A1 is 2.5 years old, has 3080mah but still giving me about 5.5-6 hours SOT.

So at the moment i'm not really feeling the need to switch, even though it looks so good on paper for now...

Launch camera app, point it to QR code, there will be a popup link appear at bottom of the screen, click and it will launch chrome

I personally use 3rd party QR scanner app cause the default camera usually much slower at detecting the qr code. Other apps is near instant and will auto open chrome.

Are you on singtel, starhub or one the MVNOs that use them? Cause they support volte for 4a, that's why you will still see LTE during calls. Only M1 you will see it drop to 3G. Don't even talk about TPG.
