Amazon UK cancelled my order after its stuck at the customs for 2 weeks and will be processing a refund back to me.

Disappointing.

update:
Chatted with the cso and this is what I was told

I am sorry about it as the carrier said in their note that most of the items that they were assigned to deliver were damaged and your was among these and that was why they cancelled the delivery of this.

I have also check for a replacement option in here but unfortunatel it says that it is not longer available to so the only option is then a refund.

Amazon us now ships direct to sg, total around sgd750. Fulfilled by Amazon...

Of coz I mean 4a 5g...

This is good news. I used a forwarder and the experience was less than pleasant. Of course I snagged it when it was US459

Has any one who bought Pixel 4A 5G from amazon.co.uk sold by Amazon EU S.a.r.L. received their units? If so, how long does it take from order date to shipping date & delivery date?

Waited for a week and still not moving, I don't think they plan to fulfill it anymore.

Not necessarily but it complicates things if thing do go wrong if not sold by Amazon US directly.

You - Fulfilled by Amazon US - Sold by 3rd party seller
vs
You - Sold by Amazon US

I ordered on Feb 10, and still not sent out.

I ordered on 10 Feb too. Hopefully this means they're going through their international orders and updating delivery dates for everyone. 🤞 I still haven't received any notification - they haven't even officially charged my card yet!
