Owners, how u like your pixels so far? I'm a bit on the fence now as I keep hearing issues here and there.... While pixel has its strengths, but some of the shortcomings (like above) makes me feel like Google didn't do a good job in ironing out the issues before release . ...

-Phone does gets slightly hot while doing upgrade
-No issue with Fingerprint unlock leh. Havent upgrade the latest patch yet.
-Just port over my existing number to MyRepublic Esim. At first thought why can't receive sms and calls, then realize didn't configure.
-Then data not working. Need to add APN using sunsurf.

For those contemplating to get the p6p or p6, if you dun want spend more more for the tele, screen and the extra battery/ram. the p6 is a good buy. p6 is like the p5 (dual lens, 90hz) but with improve internals especially ufs 3.1

I sideloaded the ota update and fp does seem to have a better hit rate. So far the phone has been really smooth but maybe it's the honeymoon phase haha.

Other than heating up during the initial setting up of the phone I haven't had that heat issue even when watching Netflix on it. Haven't tried to game on it yet though.
