you'll have to wait longer then, pretty sure the 6a won't be as cheap as current 4a 5g unless crippled Tensor SOC or some lower end Snapdragon.

If the new SOC is powerful. Paying over $1k can be considered unlike the Pixel 5 which feels like a sidegrade.

Pixel 5 midrange soc is alr 1k le... Haiz just as I was getting excited to a new phone but they're making this a premium price for a premium product according to them

I think Pixel 5 left a bad taste in our mouths for lots of us, considering its downgrade in specs but keeping the high price. I resisted upgrading from my Pixel 3 which I still use and just recently switched to a new battery to renew its life. Holding out for the Pixel 6.

SG market really bo jiak. Even Taiwan can release but SG cannot

At least all should be using the same global rom, so should have no problems with using google services if you import, unlike those chinese phones where you might need to flash ROM

Now the only issue left is the price and waiting for reviews on how the hardware performs

In all honesty, the release of pixel phones in singapore has been meh.

Their phones simply don't have the hardware to trade blows with the ones from samsung and apple.

Thus many will go to the usual flagship brands.

Simply depending on their software to win sales, ain't gonna get them the "flagship" share.

Than compared to middle and low spec.. so many options out there that either beat in specs or pricing.
