the hype semi gone liao.. knowing its gonna be expensive and yet no launch in sg, with possiblity of 5g never gonna work. :(

was hoping it be my next phone :o

wait for reviews first liao.
Unless you confirm guarantee going to subscribe 5G, I don't think thats a big issue.
The premium price is more of a stumbling block for me.

Most likely in 1 or 2 years gonna be the norm? 5g picking up pace already.

Won't be surprise will be default plan soon.

This flagship pixel buy sure at least use 2-3 years and with Long term support possibly, can stretch out out 3-4 years.

Unless u frequent change phones la.. than its pointless. :o

Lol that's a lot of pixels

Think this year no 5a, still no news

Can save some money and continue using your 4a first and hopefully got 6a upcoming
My Pixel 4a using naked and cracked for just one falling onto road surface. Not gonna buy any phone more then S$1000.00++, budget around S$500.00 for a phone per year only!

500 per year budget for phone also quite high le

Since you've use so many pixels, can check if there is no lag for stock android? 🤔

There wont be 100%

But so far no lag / hang and stuff like that, as long you have plenty of storage available is pretty smooth like butter!

Nowsaday people change phone at least 2 years once. With $1000 budget, very hard to get a flagship phone....
Low end are going to 300-500, mid tier going for $800-$1000.

Pretty much the same except I didn't get the 4a. Already exchanged my eSIM for a 5G SIM, waiting for the Xperia to be delivered to me :giggle:

Isnt it bored to use a flagship for like 3 - 4 years? :/
In reality, if phones were really easy to repair and OS updates are steady for 4-5 years.
i doubt i would change often.

The jump in specs and performance year after year is getting smaller and more or less same? More incremental jumps. So why waste money for just that bit of extra ? :o

Would prefer if manufacturers change their schedule also to maybe 2-3 years cycle.

Yes, but at times phone crack, interesting and fun review in this thread/YouTube kept poisoning me to change new phone which is within my budget.

I don't sell my phone away, either collect dust or give to relatives.
