apparently, local sinkie service center cover oversease (as long you show proof of purchase) - aka officially Google store , no from AT&T or Vodafone, or Optius type

agree. i think one of the items in this list will most likely be the "disappointment". And would also add number 4 - more expensive than US pricing.
