Waited 4 mths for pixel 6 to come to SG only to find out that the best part of the pixel 6, it's price, has been massively jacked up. At this $999 price, might as well get a Galaxy S22 for $1178-$100 = $1078 (or $1018 if u opt for amazon gift card) and still have $250 samsung evoucher so in fact the S22 is effectively cheaper than the pixel6. Heck, the S21 FE 8gb/256gb is going for $758 sgd on shopee on 19 Feb. Disappointing.

Updated P6P to Android 12L Beta 3 yesterday, so far used for one day. Short answer is it is much smoother (got new animations buttery smooth), and phone noticeably cooler. Thinking this should by right be the stable android 12 P6 should release with.

Cannot find this info online but OCBC, POSB, Paylah, SingPass, TraceTogether (both scan QR and tap on gantry) all works for me

Samsung phones a lot of duplicate apps with Google I don't like, but if you're fine then can go ahead

Don't worry, people here change phones very fast one. Very soon will abandon pixel and into another new toy, then come back again

Vicious cycles... For me, I no longer change phone yearly bc nothing exciting and I don't see massive upgrades after 2yrs

Hearsay the release version of March update is almost the same as this beta 3, that's why this beta relatively stable
