Yes unlocked iPhone can service anywhere in the world. Downside is, you have to wait for parts from the purchased country to ship to Singapore to get it replaced.

I have no idea but i assume will be the same since both using same main sensor and software.
Just that the zoom quality will be different on both because only 6 pro has the 4x lens
