For me plastic is better, because cheaper and lighter material. But to be honest, Google pixel 5 impressed me greatly as it not only a metal body, was light and squeezed in a 4000mah battery. Pity about the under screen speaker.

Yup... apart from "mid-range" cpu and the speakers... it has been a really good phone for me (battery life now looks impressive compared to Pixel 6) and the cpu didn't even feel underpowered. It might be the last compact Pixel with rear fingerprint sensor unless the Pixel 6a builds on the Pixel 5's specs with maybe plastic case and other cost saving measures.

Seriously plastic case is v good bc I'm using case. People feel plastic is cheap low ses but in real world usage, plastic has more benefits such as lighter and almost indestructible like Nokia

It's the midrange soc that is a big no for me only, rest can still live with it for a year or two

Turn off 5g. its not an essential feature across all regions. wi-fi all day / 4g lte speeds can satisfied your needs for now. 120hz will oso significantly increase battery drain. turn it off too. wat tech ytubers dun tell you

Buy flagship but turn off it functions sound not right to me. And think pixel don't allow to turn off the two you mentioned. Will buy it when it come to SG. Don't think it can be worse than my note 20 ultra or fold 3

And about servicing, if SG does launch next year, will i able to get servicing done locally or i have to ship back to US?

Reminds me back in the days when people recommend others to switch off 4G, lowest brightness, switch off sync to save battery.

Early big apple buyer like me and other bros getting the P6P white 256gb already got delay till end Nov.

You may want to try Amazon or clove. Yesterday saw Amazon stock in and mins later OOS again

Oh I had a to few pixel none work with volte on starhub. Even pixel 2 which is available locally. Signal drop back to 3g when on call and the speed is crawling when surfing during call
