My qoo10 shipping update says my phone has arrived at Changi, but then the date shows 04-12-2022. So weird. Not sure if it means it is scheduled to arrive at Changi on 4Dec, or the date printed wrongly.

Haha, I also got that update last week saying that it arrived in Changi on 1st Dec. Just wondering how they foretell the future. I deduce that it is the custom clearance that is being done in Singapore. Although the status will change like mine to "Actually arrive at Singapore Changi", for you should be around 4th Dec then. =P

What is their internal process usually?

Last time I encounter a similar situation with my Qxpress delivery guy at my block, he couldn't deliver on that day but still select delivered, then he passed it to me the following day. Usually he will also take a photo when he deliver something to my place. Not sure about yesterday's delivery as I was busy in a meeting while my wife collected the parcel from the delivery man. I think best is to contact Qxpress to check if they took a photo - maybe deliver to a wrong address too!

No such issue. a restart might help

Guys I just wanna report that I GOT MY PHONE!
Scary experience
This qxpress courier I think is overwhelmed and whatever dates or alerts they generate is NOT ACCURATE
Either system generated or their courier clicked delivered when it is NOT so that they can meet timing KPI etc
Nonetheless, I email and called the qxpress, they were responsive to my feedback, that is al I have to say.
According to qxpress customer service, they ALWAYS TAKE a picture as proof like all other couriers and in my case, even though it was marked as delivered, there was no foto proof.
No worries guys, hope you guys enjoy your phone soon.
