the only issue i had so far is that in every ~ 1/10 times, when i leave home and switch off the wifi, my M.R network won't auto connect back to LTE, have to toggle airplane mode in order to work.

any of your have this issue too?

[Update: Jan. 19] Some Google Pixel 6 & Pixel 6 Pro users reporting 'Mobile network standby' draining too much battery

Some Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro users are reporting their phones are suffering from excessive battery consumption in standby mode (1, 2, 3, 4).

When going to the battery section of the system, affected users report that the ‘mobile network’ item is consuming between 30% and 40% of the battery per day.

Is anyone else seeing Mobile network standby using up to 40% battery in the last 24hours?
I have tried numerous things like turning off adaptive connectivity. But the only thing that seemed to reduce it was turning off data completely. It’s odd as the phone should be using wifi, I have noticed the phone disconnects from wifi when locked sometimes so could that be related?

Day three with my pixel 6 pro and I’ve noticed while watching YouTube or anything. Even Chrome or scrolling Reddit the phone gets very hot to the point where when I try to charge it according to Accu battery it says I’m charging at 2-10mA. Anyone else having these issues? I’ve tried turning of 5g because it says mobile network standby is taking up more than 30 to 40% of my battery. Disabling mobile connectivity is not an option because I am on the road so this is strictly on 4G LTE

Which telcom u switching over from ?
I have a 4G Starhub Sim Only Plan - going to lock in for a year on a 5G Starhub Sim Only Plan. Price turned out to be identical, just need to accept the lock-in for a year before being able to recontract

Going to switch off again the adaptive connectivity to see if it improves.

I recently tried the Xiaomi 12.. switched back to my p6 after just a few hours.. despite a slower chipset and lower refresh rate.. the p6 just feels smoother.. much better user experience..

You may want to call them up and ask first? One of the staff last time told me they did offer repair even the pixel not sold here. Depends on the parts availability I guess
Yes, that's right. I went down before to check and they do offer repairs for those not sold here locally.

All of these, unless you willing to fork out ~ 300 bucks for screen replacement. Curve screen maybe even more ex..

Or go ah beng shop for slightly cheaper but lousier in installation quality.

Or no cost at all, put a small cute sticker to cover the flaw :ROFLMAO:

For network loss issue.... Do a *#*#4636#*#* under phone , network . Pick LTE only or NR/LTE ....give it a few days . It should improve

got minor scratches con my screen :(

anybody know where can repair or fix?

Read HWZ Forum Rules!

If it's not deep....apply a glass screen protector over it. It will not be visible....

Ever since iphone 3 so call gorilla rubbish ....all these glass scratches bloody easily. Everytime I change a phone to play....anyhow also get a cheap tpu apply first than find glass screen protector

MIUI skin by default very heavy and too much animations.
