bought a pixel6 from vision1 at burlington square #01-30.
checked everything ok at the shop, but when connected to wifi at home, the phone became a demo phone and told me that it's managed by an admin.
really fkin pissed now im gonna blow this **** up if im not getting my refund

Why go there and buy when google singapore sells it? They sell export set anyways fyi

That shop has been quite shady afaik. U are better off buying from other shops like litemobile or optimum mobile.

really didn't know their reputation.. i really wanted to save just that little amount of money as much as I can. somehow they had good ratings on carousell so it never occured to me to check their actual shop for reviews..

Try put into boot recovery mode and factory reset from there.

yea i was too hasty. Gave that **** back the phone and they offered me back at the price of 85% what I paid.

Nice way to make money ah. I just take it as lesson learned. I couldn't find much info on them on hwz. Next time just follow google

Nah doesn't work. Basically the phone is managed by some company at the back end, that one cannot remove

It's similar to this. Sigh I just wanted to save a little money. Actually only 150 savings from the 999 on Google sg. End up lost more.
Really realised how much my life suck when for 150 I also bother to go to ah beng shop jiuhukia get insulted for buying their phone because cheap.
