I am not into top specs so I am looking at mid-range (Between Pixel 6a and iPhone SE 2022)
But I read that Pixel 6a's battery is comparatively worse compared to iPhone SE 2022 even though it has a bigger battery? Like it only lasts an hour more than SE for SOT?
I know but i am flexi with both. But battery life is an issue for me and it doesn't help that there are a lot of conflicting results for Pixel 6a battery test. I am not those tribalistic Android/iOS fanboy who only must stick to one system.dude, both on different OS.
you're comparing (literally) apple to oranges.
Scroll to the bottom for battery comparison. Your mileage may vary depending on your usage behaviour. If you want a real world reference, see my post on the previous page.I am not into top specs so I am looking at mid-range (Between Pixel 6a and iPhone SE 2022)

Pixel 6a is better on paper but the lack of support from SG Google is worrying while iPhone SE will have better support but the screen size and battery life is concerning as well
Thanks! I assume SE 2022 needs to charge daily even with moderate usage (music for commuting, surfing social media during lunch and at home)?anyway, I got Iphone se 2020 and 6a with me. se battery life is horrible.
What do you mean exactly by "official support" ? What aspect of support are you looking at ? Because the Pixel 6 series and 6a are officially sold in Singapore. Thanks! Frankly, if SG Google officially supports Pixel, I wouldn't even need to ask this "stupid" question![]()
If your iPhone is faulty, you can go straight to official Apple Store for any repairs/replacementWhat do you mean exactly by "official support" ? What aspect of support are you looking at ? Because the Pixel 6 series and 6a are officially sold in Singapore.

If your Pixel is faulty, you can only go to CTDI, a 3rd party repairer, for any repairs/replacement
Maybe I am being picky, but from my experience, usually 3rd party repairers don't have the incentive to provide the best service possible.
even if you opt for other androids, the service center usually outsourced to 3rd party. based on above statement, more or less you seems settle for apple.![]()
If you work in a deskbound job, battery life should never be your concern. Simply because you have easy access to outlets to charge your phone. Unless your job involves you to be out and about, in that case, you will need a phone with big battery as you can't find an outlet to charge easily.I know but i am flexi with both. Google Singapore you can return your perfectly fine Pixel 6 just because you don't like it, FOC with courier to your door. Apple SG can mah? How's that for after sales? hahahNope, I am being objective that Apple's after-sales service is impressive, not many brands in Singapore can match up with their level, although it seems in Reddit that Google US after-sales service is also up there. As I said, I am not fanboying for any side, like when Pixel 4a and SE 2020 were released in 2020, I would say 100% that Pixel 4a is much more value and SE 2020 is trash
I am using Xperia for now, just that my security cycle has come to an end so I am considering my options. At least from the impression I get, the repair centre at 313 doesn't seem to be 3rd party. I am ready to stand corrected.
