6a only 178g, I think you only can use small phones.
Yes, that is my preference and Pixel 4a was the perfect size/weight for me But not all compact phones are lightweight. Because people keep asking for "premium" materials like glass and metal which makes the phone heavier than it needs to be. If it wasn't for Tensor upgrade, I might have gotten a Pixel 5 and waited to see how 7a turn out.

Glass is overrated, change my mind. I never liked how glass phones feel.

The rumoured mini google phone will be right up your alley.

But want small sure cannot ask for powerful or great battery backup.

Google already made a good compact phone with good battery life ( Pixel 5 )
They just needed to refresh it with updated hardware.

Pixel 5 : 144.7 x 70.4 x 8 mm ( 151 g ) / 4080 mah
Pixel 6a: 152.2 x 71.8 x 8.9 mm ( 178 g ) / 4410 mah

If the refresh rate gets updated to 90hz or more the battery backup will not look as good.

For me personally, 60hz or 90hz not a deal breaker
So long the 60hz is stutter free

60hz will always look stuttery to me unfortunately.

Pixel 6a is really the best phone for you right now. Envy you can enjoy the best value smartphone.
