if it doesn't show "charging rapidly" , then most likely no USB PD support. Do note, Pixel are quite picky about cables too. Many used non compatible cables on PD charger also get slow charging speeds.

Is yours the same as the one in this review ? or different model ?

So that's the issue. The problem with oneplus and Oppo charging technology. They are in no way the same as USB PD charging protocol. So no way you gonna charge the pixel 7 at a faster rate.

One thing many people still not very sure or aware of with the charging technology of the phones they buy.

Now in market, the Chinese phones are the one that went off rail and balls to the walls kind of fast charging technology without following USB specifications. None of their supplied cables also follow USB specifications.

So using their cables or the adapters to charge any none Chinese phones can meet up with issues such as slower charging or intermittent charging rate etc.

There are reasons why Samsung also have moved on to USB PD charging. So does the Pixel phones. Cause nowadays even some newer laptops adopted the USB PD charging.

This video gives a good layman explanation on battery charging and proprietary charging standards. I prefer to stick to PD because can use any compatible charger and cables instead of having to buy proprietary from the company.

Yes precisely. I don't like to find another special charger and cable like oneplus dash/warp charge.

That's why I used it less than 10 times in 3 years.

Just need to top up battery at every opportunity.

Placed my order on 1st Nov for P7P 256GB, Courts Online. Still no news on delivery. When did you place your order?

When you used to own a lot of OP phones, you have a lot of Dash/Warp Chargers. China still ship phones with chargers.
I may not get 80w/150w charging, even 30w is pretty fast already.
