Thinking of getting the Pixel 7 Pro. But there’s no mention of esim support from M1 for Google phone, only mention support for Samsung and iPhone.

Anyone try your Google phone with M1 esim?

Bad showing for the regular 7? Tiagong vivo challenger also no charge cannot turn on.
Must be the demo software got problem.
But then the 7 pro I tested the camera keep crashing when cycling between the modes...

Mainly concern for battery life of the regular 7 with smaller battery and no ltpo.
Plus our price different between the 2 models is $77 USD lower than in US ($223 USD difference), so less incentive to take the regular 7 if concerned about price.

good point.. so u getting 128 pro?

actually if u think about it.. if get regular 7 but 256 so can use the 100 voucher might as well top up abit more to get the 128 7pro

I still remember all the YouTubers who had the pixel 6a units with early software and people who tried the demo unit, panic until like armageddon. In the end, one software update later, 👂 ??? :sneaky:

Very nice premium feel about it... in fact the glass & gloss, especially the sloped glass edges immediately reminded of onePlus7Pro o_O :p :D

Tried the demo sets at PLQ challenger, in front of the cashier, almost missed it. Really prefer the feel of the 7 instead of the 7P. Only gripe is with the absence of the telephoto lens for macro and long shots :(

Hi - I am not able to see the Pixel 7 or or 7 Pro in person. Based on comments on this forum:
  • Positives for 7 is the size, flat screen etc and 7 Pro for the display, telephoto lens, battery, speaker quality
  • Negatives for 7 is the rainbow display, speaker quality and lack of telephoto and for 7 Pro is the size , slightly curved and shiny cheap look etc
Is this unanimous?

I tried the Pixel 6 and felt it was really bad that I had to return it. Can't decide which Pixel 7 to go for now.

Thanks

Which part of it was crashing?
In demo mode? Can both devices power on?
both on demo mode..

I hard to hard reset the 7 to power on.. it was off when I was there.. the 7pro was on but couldn’t save any camera pictures and I couldn’t access google photos.. I had to reset the phone to access..

I think one of the reason might be because the pixel demo mode resets the phone after it is idle for awhile after testing..
