Don't think the VPN is live yet. VPN settings shows nothing. The person said could be due to VPN also.

Another thing I could think of is DNS.

For the morning guy, the one in AUS...but I don't think that is a good enough reason since he could get it to work on another Pixel device.

Only thing I can recommend is for you guys to email in with the device details and just make sure you in Singapore to activate but I still don't think this is the reason.
