I can understand OnePlus Warp Charge heating up the phone.
But wireless charging is taking the bad of both worlds: slow and warm.
Is it because I got a lousy wireless charger?

Only the pixel stand been charge at 23W, the others can only charge at 10+W

I lazy to explain the full reason, but just know that wireless charging is very inefficient which is why most of the power loss becomes heat. You can read up why and there's nothing we can do until wireless charging technology advances further.
