No Redemption Code Yet.

Just tried wireless charging. It is really warm.
I can understand OnePlus Warp Charge heating up the phone.
But wireless charging is taking the bad of both worlds: slow and warm.
Is it because I got a lousy wireless charger?
wireless charging is very inefficient

heat tends to build up during wireless charging and heat = energy wasted which in this means electricity wasted. Heat is bad for battery as they are sensitive to heat, unless u use those slow af one and charging it at 5watts, those will have the least output for heat, but of course it takes 3 hours or more to fully charge your phone

I also notice even wired charging on p7, it is very warm also, even warmer than my iphone 14 pro max charging wirelessly. so i believe it purely depends on OEM optimise the charging of the batteries or not.

I don't think you have to worry too much. The reason why p7 feels warm is due to the material used for the phone. Pixel series not exactly made of very good conductive material, that's why feels warmer. But the difference is not big enough to cause problems.

Just charge away!

people was selling $150 b4 the voucher come.

if lucky , about 10 days or so, else 3 weeks long waiting ba.... :spin:
but do take note: it is US warranty.
I'm pretty ok with the wait, not urgent and I see it's like the only shop that carries 256gb in various colours. Can use the waiting time to beo accessories as well.

Yeah the bummer is US warranty...I abit kia si but so far all my phones have not claimed any warranty yet.

Oh well, let's just see the prices next month from different platforms. Appreciate your report on the shop!
